The Company's charges for the services provided are shown on the Company's Website. Please, note that GST/VAT is not included in the prices listed. A Customer is invited to pay for the Order in advance, given the Company is reasonably confident that it is able to allocate a freelance writer to deliver the Product. On Average, We charge a flat 25% of the Total order value (Excluding the Taxes/VAT/GST/) which includes payment gateway charges, Services charges and Support charges. The company will only release the payment of completed tasks.
PAYOUTS
Once the job is marked completed by the client, The Writer needs to submit the Invoice of the Completed Assignments from their dashboard. ( Make sure to update the correct Banking details in the profile, Payments transferred to the wrong accounts would be treated as credited. )
When can the Writer expect the payment? - We follow 2 payment cycles.
A> For the Invoice Submitted between 1st to 15th of the month - payment is completed between 16th to 20th of the same month.
B> For the Invoice Submitted between 16th to 31st of the month - payment is completed between 1st to 5th of the next month.
Upon completion, a Product is available for download by the Customer on his or her personal dashboard page on the Website. If a Customer does not receive a finished product by the deadline or within 24 hours after the deadline that you have indicated in the initial requirements, the Customer is entitled to receive a certain amount of refund. The Company will not be liable for any delays or technical problems in the delivery of the Product resulting from any malfunction of the Customer's mail server or the Customer's Internet Service Provider.

We keep monitoring and In any case of finding such activity, Company may suspend/block the account without any prior notice or warning and may block the refund of service charges or wallet balance.
